Initiate Your Request
Log in to your SINGER® account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Machine
Securely pack your item in its original factory packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and foot pedals to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
